It’s interesting to see how businesses have adapted at work to stay safe and well during these times.

One of the practices that we’ve introduced is outdoor team meetings, which we split and rotate to minimise risk in line with current guidelines for working practices.

They are controlled in this way to ensure staff are protected but also so that they feel safe while we update everybody.

We cover any changes to legislation, guidelines and business practices as well as an update on customers, suppliers and work coming in.

We also ensure there’s time for any questions or concerns to be addressed so that we are building the trust of the team even as things are changing so rapidly.

Making sure all staff feel comfortable and confident has been key to how we’ve approached our work these past weeks and this will be true for any business looking to reopen shortly.
