Quality Assurance

This week saw a 3-day audit at EPC which was the conclusion of months of hard work in preparation
for standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

ISO 9001 confirms certified Quality Management and ISO 14001 relates to Environmental
Management – both of which are business critical for EPC.

John and Paul have been expertly guiding us through the processes and the whole Management
Team have been involved in working towards these important accreditations.

We passed both with flying colours and there were no ‘non-conformities’ in the audit process at all.

This enables us to guarantee that we work with full control and confidence to the highest standards
and procedures and gives all important traceability and peace of mind to our customers.

Our certification lasts for 3 years and we will be reassessed every 12 months. Thanks to John and
Paul for all their hard work in helping us to achieve these valuable accreditations.
